Recently, the reporter learned from the China Quality Association that in 2022, the China Quality Association organized the eleventh washing machine industry user satisfaction monitoring. This year, 10 mainstream washing machine brands were monitored, and their market share reached more than 90%. The survey adopted interception, online survey, public opinion monitoring and other methods, involving more than 100 cities in 29 provinces across the country, completed a total of 1,528 effective assessment questionnaires, and obtained more than 6.12 million public opinion information.
